SDS100 is a good radio if you can find one available, the SDS radios are the only consumer scanners that are successful with simulcast Distortion secondary to LSM. They work great on simulcast systems while other radios will have difficulties. When the Software Defined Scanners came along with uniden punching through the market with their flagship SDS100/200 I thought it was worth a shot . From Scotland UK the EU variant SDS200E was chosen and purchased from Lynch and Sons. At the time of purchase I was unable to obtain any accessories such as the important but not vital GPS antenna..
