Didn't really notice much until about 8 hours later, I started to be filled with a sense of euphoria and well-being. Subjectively and via labs. Pregnyl increased my total T a bunch. Roughly 600 points for every 1000iu’s that I would use. So it would raise test levels 1200 points if I used 2000iu’s of pregnyl per week. At 13dpo my hcg was 57 and 3 days later was 399 so not a massive rise-definitely didn't suspect twins from it. My Pregesterone numbers were 52.5 at cd22 and remained in high 60s in first weeks of pregnancy. It wasn't until the 7 week ultrasound that we were told-and we were both shocked so you just never know.
