The Sentinel update to 2.03 went fine and now has the new tuning steps for custom searches, but I don't have any need for them. If it makes any difference, I updated Sentenel first. If this test still has the "Low Voltage" problem then try using the Mini-USB cable and power USB power supply that came with the SDS100 (without the GPS). If that works, then there may be a problem with the Uniden BC-UTGC cable. Download the file "SDS-100_V1_10_00.bin" and "SDS-100_SUB_V1._02_01.firm" and put those files on the SD card in the firmware folder. They do provide power TO the SDS100 but require 12VDC power to the GPS. I updated my SDS200 with no issues on the first attempt. When I attempted the update on my SDS100, it said my firmware was already up-to-date. I knew this was not correct, and went back and double-checked the process below .
